Sad news to Winthrop fans that they will not add football.

It's a 68% female school. All six of the men who pull for Winthrop who also like football will get over it.

Big Stuff is displeased with this decision.

I like the honesty that comes from disclosing some of those financial metrics. $3.2m for Pioneer level, with those start-up costs in front of it...yuck. It becomes a value to offer scholarships on paper, and that's a gray area to sell (because it has further implications).
