UVA and the Cuse won't ranked worse than 80 much longer with the huge upgrades in coaching. The SEC now has the worst coaches compared to other conferences. Our stock should be rising and their falling as these recent coaching moves start to make their impact.

A lot of pre-season polls are just meant to sell mags (or clicks). To do that, always pick the biggest fan bases.

Are people really putting stock in a poll from the Orlando Sentinel? Cuse and UVA are definitely on the uptick and BC and Wake have good staffs as well. The ACC is on the rise.

Some computer ratings had them higher last season. They finished 80th in Sagarin in 2015. I expect their offense will be more dangerous this season.

Orlando is probably more a FSU Miami or UF market than UCF. I would bet most UCF fans root for one of The Big 3 as well.

This is very true. Folks in the Orlando area will root for the hometown team because its the hometown team, but they also root for one of the Big 3, or all of the big 3, but mostly FSU and UF. Its when you get down to Sarasota and Maybe Tampa area that you will start to see more than the usual support for Miami. The further south, the more support for Miami.

If PJ turns in another deeply losing campaign like they think he will, then his seat will combust. The question is, can we get the AD's set to burst into flames first? No point in firing PJ when the guy who'd hire his replacement just showed us those l33t Xavier skills by hiring Josh f'n Pastner. Based on that I'd expect Bobinski to hire Petrino or Muschamp or Orgeron to replace PJ. Can't fix the coaches until we fix the clown in charge of hiring them.

FSU played their spring game in Orlando and had 56,000 fans showed up. UCF had 23,000 fans show up in their own stadium.

So true...but funny also...Great thing is GT was picked 6th in 2014 preseason polls and won the Orange Bowl.. GT will be a dark horse who wins 8 games this season...maybe more...
