P lot for me this year. D Lot is a new lot added next to UREC/below convo at the Purple/350 giving level. I think that's gonna be a hotspot lot.

I know we discussed it at the beer festival, but I'm really intrigued by that lot. Roommate is getting a spot in D Lot so we'll have to check it out for one game.

If they continue the exiting as in past seasons, that D lot will be an easy exit if you head South 81 after the games, but pure hell if you want to go up University Blvd.. This is coming from my personal experience and the reason I like the Convo lot, but one time and never again will I go north on University.

i have 2 options C-4 where I usually parkif my elderly parents are attending with me (easy walk for them) or lower convo(staff) for tailgating. Son usually picks it before I get there so he texts me where he has set up.

D-Lot is first-come, first-park if you have the pass. No assigned numbers I don't think.

RE: Football Reparking
I feel like C4 doesn't get the respect it deserves. It is a flat walk to the stadium. It is super easy to exit and get onto 81N after the game. Hopefully they open Hillside field this year too. If you have people coming just for a game they can easily park in R1. It is disconnected from the rest of the lots and the atmosphere isn't quite like any of the other lots but on the flip side that means you can easily spread your gear out over 2 spots.

Wouldn't surprise me if by next year it became an assigned number lot..

Have been in C-4 the last three or four years. Easy to get in and out of and a nice short flat walk to BFS. Will be there again this year.

Go Dukes!!

Will have to get you to come by my spot this year and say hi. As BSKB knows, we've got a bit of a rowdy crew around our spots...

C-4 Lot > the new D Lot. Anyone disagree? D Lot is tempting. Both are unassigned with respect to specific spots, right?

I would argue that the new D Lot is about to become a smaller version of P lot in some respects. That view and everything about it that they did is very attractive. I liked C4, but I think the view from D Lot will be better.

A view of the stadium but also the interstate? Slightly up hill walk on the way back. It is probably closer to bridgeforth than C4.
C4 is across the street from R1 if you have friends coming with single game tickets.

Sure if you want to use the interstate argument then really much of the old side of campus has a view of the interstate. I get to look to my right and see 81 at every tailgate.

My point is take out the interstate and it's really a great view.
