The basic rule of pundits is that they are wrong. Pretty much always. And well-regarded for their knowledge only by other pundits. But they are so damn forceful in their stupidity media of all types loves them. So they get their columns and radio, and best of all cable news appearances.

Basically cable news of all varieties is what ESPN would be if they literally had nothing but Skip Bayless and Stephen A Smith on a continuous loop. Which isn't that far off from where they're at now I guess.

I watch almost zero cable news these days. There is basically no actual news coverage. They act like there are only two things going on in this world: the election drama and terrorism. Maybe a natural disaster.
