They should be setting up a bus trip to Clemson. They did it the last time we played there.

This should be a very good UNCW team looking ahead. I'm excited about the potential of this team. Yes, we lost CP who ended up being pretty dog gone good but the Hawks have the excellent combo coming in from Raleigh and the good, experience guard from ODU to fill that void. Point guard is in good shape with Talley,Ingram and Richmond. The 2 can be a combo of Ingram,Fornes and Mosely. The WF can be Bryce,Flemmings and Fornes. PF can be Flemmings,Cacok,or Elmore. And the 5 can be Bryan, Ogbodo or Elmore. That's a lot of choices, flexibility and overall basketball ability. Time will tell what this team can be, but they have a chance to be very good and I expect them to be just that.

Hats off to the coaching staff to have accumulated such a great depth of talent. Still with all that talent, and they will be the preseason #1 team, they can't afford key injuries. Hopefully they will get a challenging enough schedule to give them a shot at post season regardless of conference play. Honestly, last year was a special run in the CAA tourney as it could have gone either way so it's best to play your way in to post season before the tourney. That's a tough task to do because you can't slip up even if you get some big wins. Good problems to have that the Hawks are back. Now it's time to do it!
