White I cannot personally guarantee that Rice submitted a regional and super regional bid, they are a program that will always submit a bid as you want to give your team a chance to host a super regional in the event that upsets happen.

Regional and super regional bids are turned in together. You can turn in a regional bid and not submit a super regional bid (see Missouri State in 2015).

However, the NCAA got this one right and has awarded Coastal the super regional host over Rice (if Rice can beat LSU). Coastal has the better hosting resume and should be granted the right to host over Rice.

While Coastal's overall resume is better, I thought the NCAA gave some sore credence to a team if they took down a national seed. Both Rice and Coastal were #2's, but if Rice pulls this out, they, arguably, won the better regional. Not complaining though. I'd love to see LSU eliminated, and the team I picked to make it to the Supers (Coastal) get to host.

You guys need to check out the LSU baseball schedule on their website. Those arrogant SOB's have the Super Regional vs. Coastal showing on their schedule. They're friggin down 2-0 to Rice in the bottom of the 4th. Most teams just put "TBA" for that.

PTI just showed the video of NC States HC losing his mind in the 3rd inning and getting tossed, wow, that was embarrassing, I'm sure he made his school so proud. Congrats to Coastal, on to the World Series!!

Of interest nobody from the Big South showed up in Raleigh. Not the commissioner or any of his staff which isn't surprising considering how pissed they are with us.

I have it on good authority that if the super had come to Conway we were prepared to put a sun belt logo up in a prominent place most likely behind home plate just as one final FU

All other sports will add their SBC logos starting in the Fall. I think you guys should also get the SBC logo on that football field asap.
