-Greg Schiano (former Rutgers, Tampa Bay HC)
-Brady Hoke (former SDSU, Michigan HC)
-Mark Richt (former Georgia HC)
-Lane Kiffin (former USC, Tennessee HC...Current Bama OC)

Who else is out there?

I think Hoke is the head coach at Washington or Washington St. Too lazy to look it up but he is coaching somewhere.

Nope. DC at Oregon. You might be thinking of Leach at Washington State.

RE: Lets pretend
Is Zac Taylor the head coach in waiting, even if he hasn't called a single play?

Maybe we can get Gran to come back as HC.

Yes, Taylor has been tapped with that label by some. I'll admit, he seems to have a "feel" about him that seems like he could step up. Demeanor, background, and appearance. We may be begging for Gran after 3 games, but Taylor has something that piques peoples interest; in these parts anyway.

RE: Lets pretend
If Taylor has been tapped the head coach in waiting by anyone after a 6 game end of season battlefield promotion after his boss was fired from a hot mess of an NFL team, put a fork in UC, cause we are done.

RE: Lets pretend
Baylor will most likely do the same thing Ohio State did... Have an assistant be the head coach for a year, then hire a permanent coach.
Gives them a year to search for the right guy (main candidate - Houston's coach if they don't get called up)....

Well, guessing it won't be the OC as interim HC since that is Briles' son. Would make for a strange family 4th of July gathering.

TT to Baylor?

Actually, why would he want to leave a good thing? He's paid a good salary for mediocrity and an ever lowering bar of expectations.

Zac Taylor as head coach in waiting? Don't know the guy personally but here is this 33 year old's coaching experience:

Texas A&M, Graduate Assistant (2008–2011)
Assistant QB Coach, Miami Dolphins (2012)
QB Coach, Miami Dolphins (2013–2015)
OC & QB Coach, Miami Dolphins (2015)
OC & QB Coach, Cincinnati (2016–present)

If you take away his G.A. time, he only has about 4 years of coaching experience. Not going to happen anytime soon. If Tubs blows out I want Bohn to pick his guy and let it be no one from the current or past TT regime. Yes, that includes Gran. Move on.

I have seen nothing that says this is even remotely true. Where does this come from?

We tried. Really did.

Jesus, how do people watch this dreck?

These runway models have been flopping around in fake pain like a bass thrown onto the dock all game.

I've seen better faking on the WWF.

RE: Lets pretend
Just FYI, Jim Grobe (former HC, Wake Forrest)...whom I almost mentioned in the "big name/unemployed" list but I figured he was retired...has been picked up by Baylor to be their interim-Head Coach.
