Father of robbery suspect: 'They didn't have to kill him
Perp is robbing a bank, aims his handgun at an off duty cop, cop shoots him.
Perp dies and the Dad says they didn't have to kill him. Looks like the perps gun malfunctioned. There is just a sizable minority of people who think criminals should be allowed to do their thing. Just crazy.

The man leapt over a service counter. He may have attempted to shoot an off-duty Cincinnati police officer as he pointed his weapon in the officer's direction.

The off-duty officer, Kevin Hankerson, fired two shots at the suspect, identified by police as Terry Frost III, a 20-year-old who'd starred for Withrow High School's football and track teams just two years ago.

I feel bad for the dad.

At the same time, not much can be said for a person who was committing armed robbery and pointed a weapon at somebody.

The truth is that he didn't have to die. But when you make bad choices...

You don't have to point a gun at a cop.

Yeah, I can understand the dad; however, his son chose to be shot due to his own actions, so, yeah, there's that.
