This is a BIG event. This disputes the heart of Pantsuits defense that she obeyed all State Department regulations. She said this was just a security review by the FBI. Well, the FBI director says they do investigations, not reviews. This was the review and she failed it miserably. Also damning is the fact that it sates that she failed to cooperate in this process. This woman wants to be President. Unreal.

Her lack of cooperation indicates to me (from a legal perspective) that she knows she broke federal law and is trying to minimize the damage. If you're sure you're innocent it is ALWAYS better to cooperate in these massively in depth investigations to maintain your innocence. The fact that she refused the State inquiries is very very damning.

Very important to note that the "rules" were formed in accordance with the LAW.

A bit of irony and a Big OT: I'm reading Infamy by Richard Reeves and in his book he writes about a lieutenant that went up in grade to full bird in a small amount of time. The irony of his crusade was to intern Japanese and Japanese Americans into concentration camps regardless of how Americanized these people were or how old they were. Even babies in orphanages who Bendetsen said that if they had a drop of Japanese blood would be included in their imprisonment.

What I'm trying to elucidate is that Bendetsen was Jewish and made this his pet project all the while in Germany his people were being subjected to the same and worst treatment. I sure would want to know his real motives for his actions.

Some of that can be traced to Jews that like to fancy themselves as victims of oppression, so in turn they need to protect the downtrodden.

But this guy Bendetsen was trying his hardest to oppress and not protect. He wanted the Japanese in camps and lobbied hard for it with General DeWitt. That's why President Roosevelt passed Bill 9066 to incarcerate all Japanese.

What is striking to me is that Clinton's violations of policy, lack of approval, etc. were never addressed by other officials and in fact were covered up when other State employees started to ask questions. In an interview on CNN on July 7, 2015 she claimed that "everything I did was permitted." In fact the State audit found there was never any permission granted for any action of hers nor would they have approved such actions had any requests been made. The State Dept lack of oversight does not, and cannot, excuse blatant disregard for federal law and non-disclosure agreements.

None of this makes any difference to her supporters.

They all claim this is blown out of proportion but it is not. Let me put this another way. Hilary's violations of federal law are brushed off by supporters as excuseable because the State Dept had a history of flaky communications enforcement. That's like saying stealing hundreds of classified documents from the CIA is okay because someone else stole one or two and didn't get caught. No, you've broken the law regardless of oversight enforcement.

This is probably the smallest thing she has ever done.

Killary has the Midas touch in reverse. Everything she touches turns to s**t.

I have seen some articles suggesting this "vindicates" Clinton by connecting prior Sec of State behavior with her own. That is a very poorly constructed argument. No person before or after Clinton used only a privately held server and only Sec Powell did not return emails from other forms of communication (he used a commercial email service in conjunction with federal email) after leaving office. The scale to which Clinton has messed up here is massive. This will hurt her a LOT. And no, it's not a manufactured scandal. This has real implications on both decision making and corruption at the highest levels of government.
