Some people think being "edgy" makes them appear smart.

Just gotta learn to deal with it.

Of the EIGHT players that signed with NFL teams from this season, just how many P5 programs did we beat out to get any of them?!!!
In the case of two, they had no other offer, so that's 25% of our NFL caliber players that we didn't even beat out a Sun Belt team to land.

I don't think he'll play RB looks like a safety to me. But I like him.

A lot of kids don't get big offers until the summer before their senior year. If your a school like memphis you can sneak and get a good player.

I just like the skills I see. The kid seems to have the size and gifts that will make him an asset wherever the staff see fit.

In my opinion if you redshirt him and give him a whole year to concentrate on playing FS I think he could be a really good player

Running back or safety - I'm happy to have him. He plays physical.

And when have we ever had kids committing to us in football before summer arrived?! I mean, we used to not hear anything about recruiting until November or December. It is a whole new level of recruiting commitment with Norvell and his staff. They all appear to enjoy it and they all are really good at selling our program. Kudos to them.

Can't wait for football. Renewing my season tickets today!

He does not seem to be afraid to hit or be hit. I am ready for some football. I will be in Memphis this weekend and plan on a shopping trip to Tiger Bookstore.

Well said!04-cheers

We are in on some recruits early, with what, 4 or 5 already committed? These guys look good - physical and fast. They'll have P5 offers before it's said and done. Good job by the coaches to get these guys early. Oh, and Memphis will eventually qualify as a P5 offer!04-rock
