If I understand the rules of this format, it appears that Clemson will face the winner of today's game between FSU and Miami for the ACC championship. Is that correct?

That's most likely but far from a sure thing. Only Clemson controls their own destiny in Pool B, but they must win their ongoing game to advance. A loss eliminates them and would take the decision to the final game tonight.

In that contest, a UofL win means the Cards advance on virtue of a 3-way tie at 2-1. 3-way ties go to the highest seeded team from the regular season. A UVA win tonight following a Wake win this morning advances the Deacs, as they'd tie only Clemson at 2-1 and Wake wins the head to head tiebreaker.
