Would imagine the Presidents would want to have a press conference - at their home campuses - not in Ogden. Sometime next week would be the earliest.

Honestly though, is there any deadline?? Is there any hard set date in stone where NoDak will, one day, be forced to say "you know what guys, it just didn't happen in time. Time has run out. The dream is dead." ????

Sadly, I doubt there is. He can just push the goalposts farther and farther out, in perpetuity.

You can't disprove a negative. So never! But if the WAC completely collapses and disappears, as is entirely possible given its current makeup, the whole path becomes virtually impossible.

NMSU -- don't leave the WAC! Hold that thing together with band-aids and super glue.

Alas, I'm torn.

One side of me wants the WAC to dissolve. Just to shut NoDak up. But then again, he only recently switched to the WAC. He was always talking about the Big Sky being given special privileges to move up to FBS, by the NCAA. So that probably wouldn't work, either.


The other side me actually wants NDSU to give this WAC FBS thing a try. I'm sick of NDSU winning six FCS championships in a row. It's time to shoot for something more!

Again short sighted views by bizon fans. Several bizons have stated that they detest UND so much that they would rather stay FCS than go to FBS with us. Fine with me, but that like is shooting yourself in the foot. All these years the bizons have ranted about how they moved to DI before us as their pride point. But as rivals to Minnesota and Wisconsin in hockey, our fans aren't satisfied in lower divisions like NDSU.

I can't help but feel dumber after reading NoDak's posts. Pure lunacy. It's not about NDSU vs. UND. We don't disagree with the mythical expansion ideas because of a dislike for UND. The reality is that we think that you are out of your mind. Batsh*t crazy actually.
