Okay, DaShonte Riley for the offensive team.

I mean defensive team. :)

The other teams didn't fear riley they knew he hardly ever came out from under the basket. 07-coffee3

Super, super, super...

I was trying to point out how irrelevant it was to have an all-defensive team.

If Theron Wilson was all-defensive then DaShonte should also be all-defensive.

Ah no, then no sense to have an all offensive team ether.07-coffee3

Agree. I don't like your suggestion of an all-defensive team...

I'm ok with that. But if you were to make this list a year from now JT4 and possibly Lee will be getting consideration.

We're nit-picking, but Boykins should be #2 on all lists.

What I know about Basketball can fit in a thimble, but yup - Earl is #2

Lee is a top 10 EMU talent but he has not been utilized as such....... could we really put a 6th man on the list?

I am not sure why, but I find this exchange very humorous. Gave me a good laugh.

RE: Who are top 10 All-Time EMU Basketball Players?
Kennedy McIntosh is so far up there in many, many EMU stats lists. He was a first round draft pick in the NBA but his pro career was stunted because of early injury. (I might be things up, but I heard this when they were retiring his Jersey.) He has to be a top two.

Gervin was an NBA hall of famer. His EMU career stats are probably stunted because he was a transfer player. Again hall of famer. He has to be top 2.

Grant Long only had one NCAA appearance as his accomplishments, but he started the whole glory era of EMU basketball. Best NBA career after Gervin. He might be 3, but....

Earl was close with a solid NBA career himself. His EMU accomplishments are stellar. 2 NCAAs and an NIT- plus his third year EMU was very deserving of an NIT but was snubbed. Top 25 ranking- however brief. Plus second leading scorer in the country. Did all this during the toughest times to play in the MAC- competition wise. As I writing this, maybe he is a top 2?
