So I was watching Navy offensive highlights on youtube and it made me wonder. How effective and similar is our offense relative to our academic Div 1 Peers?

Army - Option
Air Force - Option
Navy - Option
Duke - Spread (Pass/Run emphasis?)
Wake Forest - Spread (Pass/Run emphasis?)
Vanderbilt - Spread (Pass/Run emphasis?)
Stanford - Heavy Run-based Pro Style
Northwestern - Spread (Pass/Run emphasis?)
Tulane - Option
Notre Dame - Spread (Pass/Run emphasis?)

Of the top three successful teams on that list (Stanford, Notre Dame, Navy), two of those teams have a heavy emphasis on the run. Anyhoo, just random thoughts.
