Baseball has just not done anything the last few years. I know this is just the new coach's second year, but the team seems to be getting worse rather then better. Same thing with the women's softball team. Maybe sports to be dropped?

EMU is likely to make MAC tourney for first time in 3 seasons.

Yes and by my count we are in tied for 5th with 4 other teams so this weekend will only be about seeding.

Nice to have an alum/some alums who really step up to the plate for EMU athletics.

This appears to be a challenge gift or a gift with a challenge component to make a difference.

In these cases, the big donor(s) are key.

The folks in athletic development earn their salary when they solicit big gifts.
