I don't think it would be difficult to persuade USM but the other 2 might be tough to convince.

CUSA 1.0-1.5 was pretty damn legit and if it reformed with the same teams now, it would still be legit...damn near P5 on the edge. We'd still have to drop all the schools that didn't also play football.... No, Charlotte's NEW program wouldn't really count in my book but... at least they did start one.
