One win officially because you play the 8th and 9th place teams over the next 2 weekends.

I think the best thing for you guys would be to sweep this weekend, and then just take the next weekend off and let us sweep you so both Arkansas teams can be in the tourney for the first time in 5 years.

We need hitters, because our pitching numbers are not very good.

We could use a little more pop too, but pitching is definitely our major weakness. Defense is fine, catching is good. Fair amount of speed. We seem to win a lot of our games by simply outscoring teams. Bullpen has struggled, and we really show weakness in our pitching in the OC games. Lose too many of the OC games we should have a good chance for a win.

Pretty obvious that we have made progress in baseball. Still in 3rd place even after the loss to Monroe. Loads better than few years back.

True, I really like Coach Curry. I do think he goes to long with his pitchers sometimes. This guy has them playing good fundamental baseball. And teams in any sport with reasonably good talent, and is good fundamentally, is usually pretty good.
