If this guy could not have said "I'm transsexual so I'm going to a womens shelter" then fewer women would have been assaulted.

Nobody has suggested that a true "Transgendered person" will be the one to commit pedo acts. What has been said is that the pedophiles will use the "open door" of men being allowed in the women's bathrooms to do their stuff. This "open bathroom policy" just makes it easier for the pedophiles..... How do you not get that - oh yeah, save the Transgender person's feelings to make it more open season for Pedo's to get near little girls in closed rooms...........
