I wonder what will happen to the other cops who just watched. It appears that none of them even called for him to stop.

I'm sure there is more to this than is shown in this video in regard to this woman's behavior...but...I can not condone punching anyone that has been handcuffed. Id say this was very poor police procedure. It is pretty well known that you always make someone sit down while cuffed. That eliminates them from running or kicking you. I would heavily fine and suspend the officers standing around for a period of time for violating protocol and probably fire the one that struck her.

I don't know how much more there is to see. She kicked him in the groin and then kicked him again. That's when he started hitting her.

It would have pissed me off also. The problem is he fcked up by not having her on the ground in the first place. If you are going to restrain someone?...restrain them so they can't kick you in the nuts.
