I think they bring her back for The Defenders. Really cool character.

I just finished DD season 2 and wow that was good. Can't wait for season 3 and the Defenders.

I guess I'll watch Luke Cage now.

Right; that was my point. I don't think I liked her as much as you did in DD2.

Can't wait. I was hoping he would be in the Defenders but I'll be waiting for this to come out too.

For no other reason than I hadn't watched it... I started up Agents of SHIELD. I'm through S1 E6 at the moment. Not that bad.

Then you're likely to be happy with what follows. The first half of S1 was a little frustrating because the show spent so much time developing characters and story line. I think a lot of us had higher hopes initially that it would be a really cool Marvel superhero-esque production. As they move on from fleshing out characters and really into the story, it gets better in second half and future seasons.

I was onboard from S1E1. The character development pays off so well in future episodes/seasons.

My original impression of the series was it was low level spin off from the goings on the main MCU movies. I found the NetFlix ones more interesting from the outset as it was based on characters not really covered in the theatrical MCU. That said, I think AoS strong point so far for me is its less like its movie origins and more like standard crime/action/spy series with "Marvel-types." The only thing kind of bugging me at the moment is the Tahiti references.

I am at the point of them covering that part... and going there so to speak.... not sure about how I feel about the reasoning out of it.

********

I am wondering though, is the Quinn guy the guy would would have worked with Pimm? I mean, they use the QuinnJet or whatever. I don't think the Antman movie got into all that but I think the animated series might have...

I just got to the point in S2 where they drop the Kree thing. Is that what you meant?

I read this
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kree

Seemed like S2 of this show is a little early possibly hitting up the underground entrance to the Inhumans area of Earth. Also, when they got into Kree/Inhumans in a recent Spiderman animated series I didn't recall them getting into Kree/human experimentation.... although I could have just overlooked it.

That said, I am digging the show so far.....

I really like how bad ass this Ward kid is...

I finally finished Luke Cage S1 and it was pretty good. It's really good how they interweave the Defenders characters together with DD, LC, JJ, and Iron Fist.

Looking forward to the Defenders in August.

LC was decent and Iron Fist was a little flat, while not bad it had the feel of that middleware show to get you to The Defenders.

I still say

DD S1 and JJ S 1 were great. DD S2 > LC S1 >>IF S1.

I really think they can make The Defenders work well but I hope each characters' individual next season, along with The Punisher, start a upward trajectory.
