The ACC has rescinded the league rule against Satellite camps as well.

This is idiotic. This only benefits slime balls like Meyer and Hsrbaugh because they have to raid the south for their talent.

Which ACC schools will do this and where will they go to do it?

Oh, and just FYI: sending a message at night is not a "PM".

We are MUCH closer to where we recruit than a school like Michigan. Second, do you see us holding camps at IMG solely to recruit? No. This rule benefits absolutely no one other than the B1G. I don't want to see any rules to favor that league.

Louisville is closer to Canada than Florida.

Our coaching staff has stated that they don't feel like they have any problems finding the talent, but the issue is getting those players to take a visit on campus. So they don't feel like satellite camps really solve that issue, and therefore are ambivalent over the issue. But in my opinion a school like Louisville could find that opening satellite camps in FL and GA helps keep pipelines open and build interest in some of the areas we are dependant on recruiting.

I imagine that ND will begin to do these camps as well.

For VT I'd like to see camps in DC and Charlotte for starters.

I really hope Syracuse does one in NJ and Pitt does one in Cincinnati just to irritate the Big Ten.

That would not surprise about Syracuse. As it is, Syracuse has been taking Rutgers lunch by getting some of the better talent from Jersey. Scott Shafer, surprisingly had good success in Jersey and Connecticut. I believe Babers has been recruiting that area hard.

This benefits the high schoolers mostly. A lot of them can't afford to make visits so this gives the schools a chance to go to them.
