I'm holding off at the moment. I'll probably order the family package in July. Even though the only game I will be in Illinois for will be to see us play at U.S. Cellular.

I bumped up my season tickets from 2 to 4, but went with the family package. Showing my appreciation for the philosophy of better OOC scheduling that SF has. I might have some extra tickets for the November games though....

They might want to try answering the phones today....

Thanks for the reminder! I would have missed the deadline had you not posted this.

I also would like to thank the ticket office for having a 3 installment payment plan, I would not be able to purchase the 3 season tickets without that option. It is much appreciated and I hope it continues.

Renewed my tickets yesterday. Move from row 31 to row 20! I hope that doesn't mean ticket sales are down.

Yes, anyone can purchase season tickets. This deadline was for those who wanted to keep their same seats as last year. Considering I don't live in Illinois and will maybe be able to attend one game I was in no rush to buy my tickets. I will get them but I don't need to order them 4 months early.

You can order new season tickets...but the seats of last years season ticket holders who did not yet renew open up on Monday. Though they really do hold them for another week or so.


My suggestion for new season ticket holders is to order them asap then a week or two after graduation give a call to see if you can improve your location due to people not renewing, moving themselves or athletics opening seats that usually wouldn't be open without asking nicely.

The only way those seats were held by season ticket holders last year is if they moved to a different location and their order was already processed.

I was told last year they removed all comps for the chairback seats to sell everything that was available.

It would not surprise me if athletics is now removing blocks of Comp tickets in the bleacher sections to open up better seats.

I'm sure there are lots of comps in the Skybox, too. All you have to do is look at the people sitting in there.

We are in Row 31 - I Like our view of the field - high enough to really get a good overall view but not too high.

I renewed on Thurs. and didn't feel bad about using my credit card this time. "Handling" fee increased from last year's $5 to $10 for this year. Seems like a pretty steep increase in one year.

Yeah I think at this point you just have to assume people will use their cc and price accordingly. I did it over the phone as well. Didn't feel like filling out the papers and mailing it, etc.
