Are bathrooms not divided by biological sex (which is NOT the same as the subjective and vague "gender identity")

But if you've managed to disguise yourself really really well then no one will probably notice or care.

That still keeps out the pervs seeking to abuse this loophole meant for real transfolk

The issue is that you don't have to disguise yourself, only that you 'feel' are the opposite sex whether its for a minute, hour or day.

Yeah, man if you got to go number two and men's rooms are always a mess(Bad aim) just say you feel like a women and boom, clean bathroom..

Slight draw-back for the ladies is men seem to take a long time so they will have to wait even longer.

Or if their is a big line at the women's bathroom, a woman could feel like a man and use the men's toilets.

It is not simply about "bathrooms" any more than the civil rights legislation in the Sixties was simply about "water fountains".

Bingo!

All this bathroom talk is a bunch of BS.

Which happens more than you might imagine, especially at sporting events - I have seen it, women just use the stalls like they would in a women's room. Never an issue
