I'm convinced he can do more than just play defense. Some of you think he's not quick enough to play at this level. If that were the case, how could he be, according to our coaches, our best defensive player?

No. I see him being more assertive on offense this season. It's time for him to show some of his offensive abilities which he did in high school. If he's going to be a scorer, he can't stop shooting when he misses a shot. That's sort of been his mentality. He's such a nice young man I really want to see him excel this year in all phases of the game. He could be the surprise player of the year. Maybe. That would be nice.

You're about the only one that I know of who is convinced of that.

I figure he will play a little more, just because of circumstances, but I do not expect him to get huge minutes.
