Person broke the law. Person was arrested. Same way they would have been arrested in North Carolina, Mississippi, New York, or California. Not sure what the point is.

In North Carolina, a person who was video taping in the bathroom would have been arrested. They would have been arrested before HB2 and after HB2.

Virginia doesn't have HB2. Shockingly, a person videotaping in the bathroom was arrested. Because there is actually a middle ground between HB2 and thinking the bathroom should be an anything goes playground for voyeurs.

If this was happening under the application of one of the transgender bathroom laws it would make since. Since it doesn't seem it was it is just another crime.

Do you have a link for that? As far as I know, anyone attempting to do that in any restroom regardless of gender would get in trouble so I'm not seeing the point of this thread.
