hmmm...very interesting. I thought when they said he was studying sports finance that it would lead to an area that I have been interested in, but did not have any connections for - and that is managing the financial wherewithal of pro athletes. You hear all the time about how many pro athletes become bankrupt shortly after their careers end. There are ways to prevent that from happening, but it will generally only work with those athletes that have enough common sense to sign up to it - and they are the ones who probably don't need any help. The others basically need an intervention right after they sign their first contract and before they get their first payroll deposit made. They need someone to keep them away from the friends who see them as their meal ticket - or others who want them to invest in floating furniture...

He is a leader if he is taking that initiative and has his vision roughed out in his mind.

First deal of business should be to make sure he's on the UT marketing team and mentions TOLEDO every article.
