Yes he is....got to hand it to the Coogs on this one, this is a guy you try to keep around for at least 5 years no matter what you have to pay him. I was very impressed last year as a guy who isn't a Coog fan but respects the program/community. I'm not sure if there's been energy like this around Houston football since the 80's and there have been some very good Coog seasons in between now and then. This is a special time. Cheers!

Yes, it's a pretty big deal what's taking place here now... I like to believe it has the potential to even match the Texans (NFL), interest level wise.... If we can some how manage to keep coach Herman for 5 full years like you said Billy I'd be just fine with that.

I'm glad to know that an impartial, honest fan like yourself is favorably impressed. I consider myself (other than where Memphis is concerned) reasonably objective and I was actually blown away by some sections of his talk, He's impressive.
