Saw him in person at Atlanta's Omni for the 1983 McDonalds All American game.

Joe Treat HC of West team. Haled from Arkansas but had previously been HC at Watervliet HS in Michigan.

Sitting 10 rows behind me was a group from Ga. Tech. Bobby Cremins the HC was entertaining Mark Price and John Salley. Watching future teammate and bust Bruce Dalrymple out of Vermont.
