Welp, we've gone from being contenders with TCU for top area program to third tier as we have receded and TCU has ascended. Meanwhile DBU has done from D2 to hosting regional NCAA's. I know baseball is a different animal and a school like DBU could only do that in this sport, but geez it sucks to lose three in a row, five out of six, eight out of ten and 15 out of 21 to those guys.

We won a baseball game. Nothing else matters...

Coastal won at UNC 6-3 Tuesday and hosts CofC Wednesday for the 4th and final game of our series this year which we are 1-2.

Louisiana just squeezed a win against a very good Nichols state team.....so we are 2-0 against them this year. Tonight, weather permitting, we face an even better mcneese team.

There really is not a bad baseball team along the I10 /12 corridor this year.

I wouldn't say very good or even good fur that matter...decent ball club... They have wins over Tulane, SLU and USA...decent ball club.Our RPI jumped to #12 after last night and we have another pretty good RPI game tonight against mcneese who has been really hot since the last time we played them.

Headed to the 9th with the Jags holding an 8-2 lead over the Tide.

Eagles win 7-5 over El Cid.

We got rained out against our SWAC Patsy again, this time it was just cancelled.

UTA played no one, but still managed to lose thanks to not getting timely hits and one bad inning on the mound.

Coastal beat CofC tonight 9-5. A strong start to the week with 2 top 50 RPI wins. An important Big South series this weekend vs a decent High Point squad currently at 75 in the RPI.

Cajuns game against McNeese rained out and cancelled as there were no dates available for rescheduling.
