memory she will cherish forever. As a team, we picked up a solid 7-0 win
against La Tech to finish up our regular season.

We are now in Murfreesboro, TN preparing for the C-USA Championships. We
will be facing Southern Miss tomorrow at 10am in the quarterfinals. Below is

That's really cool that Coach Schmidt sends out emails like this one.

I can't overstate how cool it is. Often, such as when recounting a close match, the message is much more detailed, and Coach Schmidt is a very good writer as well as a great coach. And often the note is sent late at night while on the road. The fact that she finds time to do this at all is impressive enough; the fact that she does it so well is awesome.

ETA: Rice has just won the doubles point with victories on 1 & 3!

Durkin & Ho win their first singles sets on #4 (6-0) & #5 (6-1), respectively.

And Ip follows with a 6-2 first-set win on #2.

Up 3-0 now. Looks like Durkin or Hodge will clinch the victory for Rice.

#3 North Texas and #4 ODU blanked their opponents today, LaTech & Marshall, respectively.

All four top seeds play their semifinal matches tomorrow at noon (Central time). We face North Texas.

Solo and Savannah win at #3 doubles, 6-1.
North Texas win at #1 doubles, 6-3.

Rice leads 4-2 on #2 doubles.

Rice wins # 2 doubles, 6-2. Rice wins doubles point.

Rice ladies won singles first sets on #1, #4, #5 & #6.

Alison wins on #5, 6-2, 6-3.
