Should be noted that the exterior of the stadium on the southside will change dramatically...some old one story buildings torn down, old tall lights removed and a huge building built above the south stands...with views of the entire Olympic Sports complex and practice fields...and a grass lot turned into a premium tailgate lot with amenities.

It will essentially complete the Athletic Complex from an aesthetic standpoint (The pool building attached to the Coliseum will probably get overhauled at some point).

After winning back to back conference championships I think the swim team has earned a renovation to the Natatorium.
