Theoretically, based on his 25 year history, Tubby's floor in Memphis should be multiple Sweet 16 runs.

The more likely scenario is that plus multiple LEGIT cracks at the final 4, and multiple seasons in the top 10. A few occasional "down" years, which will look more like Pastners "best" years in comparison.

I'm happy from the standpoint that the kids will grow in fundamentals including WINNING TEAM DEFENSE AND REBOUNDING!

OFFENSE will not be a problem...Tubby hangs his hat on "teaching" the Defensive end...

Tubby's delivery on Defensive will trickle down to HS level in Memphis...Man to Man..slide your big slow feet and turn somebody...

Consistent losing does that to a man. I know it has me. I don't care anymore if he scores 36 points a game. As long as the other team scores 35.

I hope you are right. If that is based merely on Memphis talent, that remains to be seen. Because it seems the talent lately has been overrated OR, OR, OR, they had not been coached well once the arrived at Memphis.

I can't wait to see what Tubby does at Memphis. Might take a few years.
