Wait, is this a City of DeKalb mandated adoption?

Honest question, why do you and others insist on putting down EMU constantly? Seriously, do you expect them to drop football?
Not everyone in the MAC or any conference is solely obsessed with football. EMU is far more successful than NIU in all-sports standings on both the men's and women's sides. If you consider track, swimming, and basketball, the former Hurons and current Eagles have plenty of success to be proud of; every conference has its bottom feeders from one sport to the next. There was a time when Kansas State football was the butt of every joke in the Big XII, there was a time when Oregon and Oregon State always fought to not be in the PAC-10 cellar. The answer to your question is something for EMU to decide no matter what anyone on here thinks. Let's just keep taking the W in football and move on.

X3. They should drop football already.

Well, to start he probably meant to post on the thread that is actively discussing this right now, so I don't think he's "just insisting on putting EMU down"

I don't like the EMU bashing, but 7 had a legitimate question in the context of the article posted in the other thread.

How about the EMU chatting goes back to the topic about it, and we find a home for the Winnebago?
