I know, but Tech is still talking to him yesterday or today. Beard's dream job is Tech. Tech would have to pay UNLV, but are probably willing to do so.

Jeff Goodman broke the Beard to Texas Tech hire. It's always one of about 4 people. Will be very interesting to see what Tech is paying Beard.
