It is not as if this was not expected. Some of us tried to warn you that we would not have credible coaches knocking the door down for the job.

Expectations are too high and seen as a no win situation.

Plenty of credible coaches still on the list. Tubby is lower than some we have missed on, and higher than someone we might get. But it is impossible for us to be worse off than we were at this time last week. Even if it is Penny, not high on my list personally, it still won't come with a crazy ass contract. So no matter what are situation has improved. This isn't a no win situation it's an already WON situation.

Head and shoulders above what we had. Novell hasn't won a game yet, but he hasn't divided the base. I have total faith in him to maintain/ improve what Fuente started.

May not be over, we shall see, but Memphis wanted a signed deal before he returned to Texas. To avoid Cronin situation.

If Tubby says No, and deal falls through then look for us to move fast on Musselman, who some of the decision makers wanted over Tubby....Forbes WILL Not Happen here at Memphis for Lots of Reasons....because of the Pearl thing he isn't in favor of those making the decisions.....And I would Love a Forbes Hire but it isn't gonna happen.....So if Tubby says no, then we move on Musselman and it won't be that drawn out......Get It Done Team....No Limits....The World Is Ours Memphis....
