Just got my work schedule for the next two weeks .... I'm not going to be "in da house" this year .... Hart ... take that trophy home man !!!

Looks like the participant list is very lean. Need some out of towners to step up and play for a good cause this Friday.

Get your sticks out and take a day off of work. It would be a shame if this tournament doesn't happen.

This is the first year that my foursome is skipping. I won't support JMU athletics until JMU fully supports JMU athletics.

Sorry, wrong tournament; I am skipping the JMU Duke Club Classic in Harrisonburg.

Degenerate, this tourney is more about honoring one of the best JMU fans in the history of JMU sports than it is raising money for the Duke Club. Get your foursome together and go play. Unfortunately, I have to work that day and can't get there.

Honestly my fault Nation - didnt pay enough attention to the thread details. I assume you were talking about the Duke Club Golf Classic next Friday in Harrisonburg. My bad.

Really miss seeing OJF on Godwin. I'm sure the bourbon is flowing wherever you are.

It will be 7 years on April 27th. Hard to believe.

One of the signs of old age is you start to forget how long ago it was when you lost a good friend. I have wondered if that was due to my aging or just that I have lost so many friends and loved ones.

Seven years ago? It seems like just yesterday. I remember the last time I saw Marc. You brought him down to the happy hour before the VCU vs JMU basketball game. He had one bourbon and ginger that night. He wasn't well enough to attend the game but made the trip for the happy hour. I think I was the last JMU fan to leave the happy hour as you, Marc and I chatted together before the game started. Was that the year a Bowles led JMU team beat VCU?

I know you miss him Gary. He was so proud to be your brother. I hope the tourney is a great success and many good stories are shared.
