4-15-16 Update: So I went through all the predictions. 3 correctly predicted Tubby. 1st Tubby prediction was Post 8 from our Bearcat fan LetsGoUC - he didn't give a date. 2nd was TigerTimmy at Post 71, Tuesday at 2:00. 3rd was wal0001 at Post 76, predicted next Tuesday, April 19th at 2:00.

So I guess the winner was either LetGoUC or TigerTimmy. Congratulations and thanks for playing. Maybe those of you that know how can give them some rep points.



Anyone want to make a prediction while we wait? Not who you want, but who will get the job and when.

Here's a list:
1. Gregg Marshall
2. Buzz Williams
3. Archie Miller
4. Bruce Pearl
5. Penny
6. Andy Kennedy
7. Steve Forbes/Matt McCall/Kermit Davis (You get a Tennessee trifecta here.)
8. Tubby Smith
9. All others.

I'll start. I predict #7 (you get all 3, but I guess McCall), Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.

Here's my thinking: Marshall can't pull the trigger, which is a no. Buzz demands too much, comes across as arrogant, we move on. Miller not interested. Hell no to Pearl. Penny not ready. Kennedy not seriously considered. So we go young, settle on McCall.

TigerPhil, aka Nostradamus, you predicted Josh with eerie accuracy. Care to defend your title?
