Charlie Moore BOOM OUTTA HERE!!!
Quote:Josh Pastner has left Memphis for Georgia Tech, which means that Morgan Park’s Charlie Moore, the Chicago Sun-Times Player of the Year, will reopen his recruitment.

Mac Irvin Fire club coach Mike Irvin confirmed on Friday that Moore has reopened things and that “calls are coming in now.” Irvin has already spoken with Wisconsin.

Moore, a 5-11 senior, was First Team All-City and Proviso West Holiday Tournament MVP this season. The four-year varsity player averaged 28 points, seven assists, five steals.

Moore signed a scholarship guarantee, not a National Letter of Intent, so he is free to choose any school he would like without waiting for Memphis to release him.

Sounds like something a coach looking for his escape route is willing to allow...
