Walker has never been an elite qb, if anything he is average at best. I am very surprised he only has 52 touchdown passes wow.... I thought he would have more than that.

He's a QB that can at best "manage" the game. He is not a QB that take over a game. He was much improved last year when Glenn Thomas chnaged him from a run first QB, and sharpened his passing techniques.

With the running game and receivers Temple brings back, he will get the job done.

PJ is going to have a lot of responsibility this year, and i think he steps up to the challenge. Last season, when the defense did not show up against SMU, PJ won the game.

Did Temple lose anyone major on offense this year?

Brendan McGowan played well when Friend was hurt.
Ventell Bryant really emerged, and we expect big things out of Adonis Jennings and Keith Kirkwood this year.

It is defense where there could be a drop off. I think we will be fine on offense.

I think that argument stands a lot of the time -- but not in comparison to a head-to-head matchup

The point is, it's one game in a previous season.

Big win for the Bulls in that game. Yes, Temple's defense was the strength of the team last year. However, for a 2-game stretch, we could not stop SMU or USF. Y'all still came in 2nd place in the East though, so that's good, right?
