It's a great day IMO because it did not end badly.

I think most feel Josh is a good guy and they wanted the split to be as amicable as possible.

GT may be a better fit. Who knows, but it was time for the change.

Glad it worked out for both parties actually.

I will say 450 called a couple of things: said dedric would stay if a coaching change is made and said repeatedly "you never know what is going to happen"

It's the first step in the recovery process.

Until we see who the new coach is and he gets into at least year 2 and more probably year 3 we won't know exactly how this is going to go.

At best, next season is going to be about like this season and it could be worse (Thanks Josh!).

Then we'll see.

I hope we make a great hire, but it doesn't even matter today. This is just incredible news.

Most likely it was the 'stuff happens during the final four convention'.
