Question to the board?

I would like to know how see the product and the minimum and maximum number of teams. What will be your footprint in the end?
The AAC could possibly lose 2 teams but they would backfill with BYU & 1 other. From a competition standpoint I expect the football product to build on a strong performance from last year, especially with Houston knocking on the door of a top 10 ranking. In basketball it will depend on who leaves, if any, but should maintain a level between the A10 & the BE regardless. With the football product proving itself on the field should help in their next round of TV negotiations which will bump the AAC up to closer its true value. With the AAC being a newly formed group of schools the networks were able to use that to come in with an offer below market value, they won't have that luxury next time. As far as membership numbers I think 12-14 will be the AAC limits.

BYU is not joining the American UNTIL they are a power conference... not while Utah is in a power conference.

IF the AAC were to lose some teams it would be to the B12. In that case, unless they are 1 of them, BYU chances of making it into the P5 is slim & none. Their opinions would be limited & the AAC would be 1 of their top 2 choices (AAC or MWC).

I answered the question honestly, I know that has become rare on this board since it has become a breeding ground for trolling. The AAC has a lot to be proud of.

A Louisville fan comes on the AAC board to ask "what the AAC is going to do after it loses two schools"....Not a single AAC fan answers the troll's question. 2 pages of scorn aimed at him for posting n our board and then another Louisville fan comes and answers the Louisiville OP question.--about a made up problem for the AAC. Hahaha.... You don't see the craziness in that? Having a conversation back and forth with yourself on our conference forum about a make believe topic. It's happened so many times on here from the same guy who uses what I suspect are a total of 4 different usernames. I thought him posting ACC schedules, links etc on the AAC board was bad, but this takes the cake!
