Very good interview. I really enjoy his enthusiasm and the respect he has for this program. I'm really glad he made sure to menation defense as a point of emphasis this offseason. Also liked his candid response to the Alabama question.

Our coach is going to lead the NCAA in times carded when trying to buy alcohol.

In person it's not that bad, but on camera he looks like he's 17.

Both Ingram and Eshan giving great interviews this morning. Ingram sounds as comfortable as I've heard him.

I may regret asking this, but what was the Alabama question, and what was his response (sorry, I can't listen to the podcast at work)?

He was asked if he'd want to play Bama. He replied that he would but it doesnt seem likely, that history has dictated that Bama just isn't interested.

Good interview this morning. The prize they gave away was a pair of season tickets. Can't remember which interview, but I like the fact that he wants to challenge the guys by going on the road to play some big time games.

Also, Ingram mentioned they expect to get the design of the proposed BJCC stadium from the architecture firm at some point over the next two weeks.

Me too. He also mentioned pressing a little more given our depth.

In his presser, he mentioned getting the ball to our best players, too. I'm starting to think Ehsan will be making a lot of changes, and all for the better.

I had the same feeling. I'm excited.

Media savvy already. Didn't use the more apt term, "chickenshit".

Eventually maybe the media will ask UA administrators and coaches this question instead of UAB.

They ask the coaches at Bama and most pass it off as "not their decision."
