I hope we continue it. I've never been able to go to one, but it seems like one of the coolest things we've done to promote the program since I've been a fan. I'd also like to see the camp outs come back. I had a lot of fun at those as a student.

And it suggests a whole new idea on product placement endorsement that the AD PR folks might pursue.

RE: Hoops on the...
Let me just say, if I was a Stanford fan and had been reading all of Haase's quotes on Ehsan, I'd be wondering why we didn't hire him instead.

I can hear Stanford's AD now...

AD: Jerod, what exactly DID you do at UAB?

JH: (long pause) Uh, I hired Rob Ehsan as an assistant coach?

AD: And???

JH: (longer pause) I, uh, promoted Rob to associate head coach?

AD: (slowly lowers head; rests forehead on desk)

How about this. We got our next coach know we can play! Ball all on with Eshan. Like Spalding Jeans and Wilson to the rubber of the Grip. We got Hands to shoot the basket ball and a pass to the rebound and a shot of a three maybe an assist or two with some D we can play and no joke looks will kill and pass to the next game so we can do some Rob it with a steal for layup or rebound with a good grade to the court. Number one we presume Fish Market anyone. Tarter taste Good. Then TC is he still their. Were still here.,. Something like that here we go again.

Oh for the days of Mike Davis, Mike Anderson. Those were easy names to pronounce.

Football is surging because we have a easy to pronounce coach's name. No one ever asks how to pronounce Bill Clark!

We need to stop trying to be like Duke with hard to pronounce coaches names.

my wife caved and allowed me to name our 2nd dog "Bartow"--theres NO WAY she lets me name the next one Ehsan

I still can't tell if you are a malfunctioning chatbot or if you are doing some sort of troll experiment.

I like this explanation best.

I've seen some interesting posters over the last month or so but Albany may take the cake.

The Blazer Campout was called Anderson's Alley until he left. Why did the student campout go away?

Because we stayed up all night and slept in tents to get wristbands for the game. Two people tried to control a crowd of students trying to enter the game, and they finally said screw it your wristbands don't matter. I enjoyed the campout but was pissed we didn't get to enter the arena when we were supposed to. From that point on I just bought tickets to the big games.

Because games worth camping out for went away
