How they doing on that Nuke deal?

The nuke deal is wait until I'm out of office and then continue building. That way I can say I negotiated a deal and when it's clear I did nothing we can blame it on the next guy.

I don't buy that and I know you don't either.

What is the motive to give this regime a clear path to have nuclear weapons? It doesn't make any sense.
