I see Kensucky is getting their usual inflated ranking for their name only.

How big of a concern is his shoulder injury? It took Hancock & Blackshear awhile to come back from theirs.

Here the thing...even if it bad Louisville would not need him until the Tournament...I expect a huge year from Adel, Spaulding and Mitchell

After this year (and last year) it was evident that the other major conferences middle of the pack teams are not as good as their rankings, while the ACC is better. So those tough middle acc teams along with these four elite teams in the top 7 of the country means it is going to be another tough acc season, but one that allows for great performances by most of them in the post-season. The only question is if Louisville and UNC are going to be eligible.

Hopefully, Louisville will be eligible. Don't know about UNC. But it sure would be nice to see what the ACC could actually do if all of its teams that currently make up the acc, would make it to the tourney.

RE: ESPN Way Too Early College Basketball Top 25...ACC Reppin...
Looking at the recruiting rankings, Duke and Kentucky seem to be continuing their annual haul of the one-and-dones. Between them, they have 7 of the ESPN's top 15 recruits.

I see that Carolina has signed three players to replace their graduating senior class. None of them looks like a one-and-done. I wonder if that is a conscious strategy on Roy Williams' part, or if they just swung and missed on the blue chip kids. The Heels certainly benefited from their experienced depth this year.

Anybody know the answer to that question?

I cant comment on UNC, but I read an article just last week that that is Boeheims actual strategy. It hasn't worked out that way for him since this will be the third straight year that he has had a one and done, if Malachi Richardson declares, which he most likely will.

When a team pays that much for players, wouldn't you expect a high ranking?
