Lavin would be a great interesting hire, if the current coach Eshan is not hired he could be the Charlie Parnell from Florida that we did not hire for football. But he does come frome the UClA which one of the better coaches who started the progrmam came from which replaced Mr. John Wooden who coached pretty good for from sime time at a similiar school UCLA which our former coach did go to that state so the list is good which is a good Mature coach with some good great years left (Lavin) or a young to do to prove to move on which is good cause that means we are winning some basketball or on the flip side not at have to look for a new one again which seems to light a fire like evan our loser coaches seem to do good elsewhere the son of the legend Murray did pretty good elsewhere at ETSU. So where does this go, if I had a vote I would LA Tech this thing with Eshan or go the Lavin Style and coach out. Either way our coaches seem to do prettier then good.

The coaching decision is not based on players leaving or staying. Thats just not the way a decision is made. If they chose to consider leaving then help them in there next move. Let them play where they want to play a coaching decision is based on the best decision of the program. Let those players understand we are UAB. if they want to leave the will do not much better where they go. What are they going to do verse staying. The decision is based on not of actions on their next team, I would admire them to stay but see we have players that would want to stay and play. So the coaching decision will be based on the better hood of the program not the better hood of next year. If they dont want to stay and play then we should just Samford this thing and not have the threat of leaving and playing bring the next coach in here if they chose to leave will bring more players in and play and stay and play again. The candidate will not be chosen with a player leaving. This is UAB no disrespect this is not a one and done team for what can you do for better team.
