I see no way this happens. Running backs don't go in the first round often anymore, and 2 in the top ten is crazy.

Who does Philly have that can run the ball and catch it out of the backfield?

This is the only mock draft I've seen that has Howard in the first round. Quality running backs can be taken in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds. No way he goes top 10 and I'd be suprised if he goes 1st round.

Me too. I would be shocked. 2nd/3rd round is likely in my opinion. I have seen him compared to Arian foster, that's not a bad guy to resemble.

Nope. Several current pro bowl running backs were drafted outside the first round. It's just the way the league is now with the emphasis on the passing game.

Jordan was interviewed at IU's pro day and he said he was hearing rounds 2-4

Well, that and the shelf-life of NFL running backs is so short, teams have stopped making a 1st round investment in them, generally.
