About what I thought it would be. Would like to see how any one of the candidates would do on debate stage with Trump and Clinton.

Can you imagine how Gary Johnson would upset that apple cart? If he gets into the POTUS debates, all bets are off and his chances to be elected become tangible.

Wow the part two should be good -- Stossel got the Faux talking heads to submit questions including Bill O'Reilly.

Honestly....I think Stossel should be the LP candidate over these three. Johnson did OK....McAfee is just creepy and Petterson is young dumb and full of Idealism like I was after I heard Harry Browne for the first time.07-coffee3

I hope he does. At least it will educate young people on the LP and its ideals..even though Johnson is FAR from what a Libertarian used to be. I don't however believe he is polished enough or quick enough on his feet. He would have to ditch the weed and take some speed before the debate. I like him though better than what is likely to be Bloods and Crips candidate.

If he gets into the debates.............he has no chance of being elected. Agreeing with his ideas and wishing it so, doesn't make it so. Still, nowhere near the exposure required to be elected.

How can there be a debate if the participants can't agree on rules?

It was generally uncomfortable to watch. Three very different individuals. Johnson is the least principled as far as Libertarianism is concerned but is the most experienced and likable. Mcafee is simply scary. He could easily be cast as a heavy in a crime movie. The young guy is a principled Libertarian...I give him credit for that. That pretty much would rule him out now.

No..Johnson has zero chance to be POTUS. I still hope he gets to be in the debates. The young people that like Sanders would like him. Other than the socialist nonsense the Libertarian view is very similar to a lot of what Sanders preaches. Johnson brought that up last night. I just would like to see the Libertarian viewpoint be injected on a national stage again. Unfortunately...Johnson is far from the man Id like to see do it. The late great Harry Browne was my hero. No one has ever been able to relay the ideals of Liberty like Harry..not even Ron Paul.

what really makes that funny is you described the 'turd' guy as the 'young one w/o a name'

again, is why Trump ran red.....and why Paul did too....

The LP was never formed to win elections. It was formed as an educational tool. Getting into the debates and having a national stage is a total win for the LP.

Should be indicted and will get indicted are two totally different things.

The political elites believe they are above the law and regularly protect each other to that end.

I will fall off a chair if she actually is indicted......
