RE: Dalas Morning News build your own conference
It would probably be Pitt's 9 most played opponents in its history along with UConn and VT, teams I enjoy Pitt playing in basketball and football respectively. It's a compact eastern conference along with Miami and Notre Dame who have strong northeastern ties. I created divisions that I think are balanced and maintain most of the rivalries.

Syracuse-Boston College
Rutgers-UConn
Navy-Temple
Pitt-Penn State
Notre Dame-Miami (Fl)
West Virginia-Virginia Tech

Do the conference drafts again like what was done on here awhile ago. Incorporate this popularity rating somehow. It is the off season.

These popularity ratings consist of how popular the team is in Texas because it's a Dallas newspaper.
