Little Rock to name Wes Flannigan as Head Basketball Coach
Was Beard's associate head coach. Is from Little Rock, and his father is one of the most famous basketball coaches in the state. He also spent time as an assistant at Nebraska and Mississippi State.
Press Conference tomorrow morning.

Little Rock media will endorse this hire better than they did Beard. I don't know much about him but he has had a year long interview.

Little Rock media is already raving about his selection. May be the right choice, at this point in time, when the media were starting to give us some pub. He has an impressive resume, the players love him, and he is a home town boy. He will keep a strong group of returning players and the recruits we have signed. He will recruit well in State where all the coaches know him because of his dad. Will he win 30 games next year? No, but it will probably be 30 years before we do that again regardless who our coach is.

And if he sucks and you have to fire him, you don't have to worry about renaming the court.
